HOW DOES BIOFIELD TUNING WORK?
During a Biofield Tuning session, the client lies fully clothed on the treatment table while the practitioner "scans" the body with an activated tuning fork, starting from a distance and gradually moving closer to the body. The practitioner feels for resistance and turbulence in the client's energy field and listens for changes in the overtones and undertones of the tuning fork. When encountering a turbulent area, the practitioner continues to activate the tuning fork and holds it in that specific spot.
Research suggests that the body's organizational energy uses the steady, coherent vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to "tune" itself. In a short time, the dissonance resolves, and the sense of resistance dissipates. This process appears to correspond to the release of tension within the body.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU GET A SESSION?
We suggest starting with a series of three sessions, typically scheduled once a week. Often, issues can be resolved or significantly improved within these three sessions, but there is no limit to the number of sessions one can receive. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing for the exploration of deeper layers.
Sessions can be conducted in person or at a distance.
Each session lasts between 60 and 75 minutes.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND SOUND HEALING
Sound healing, often misunderstood as a purely spiritual practice, is deeply rooted in scientific principles.
It leverages the fundamental concept that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is in a constant state of vibration.
By using specific sound frequencies, sound healing aims to resonate with different parts of the body, helping to restore balance and promote healing.
Here are the key principles behind sound healing:
Brainwave Entrainment: Frequencies can influence brainwave patterns, inducing relaxation, focus, or meditation.
Organ-Specific Effects: Different organs respond to specific frequencies, potentially stimulating bone growth or tissue repair.
Neurochemical Release: Certain sounds trigger the release of "feel-good" chemicals like endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine.
Energy Balancing: Sound healing works on subtle energy systems like chakras and meridians, restoring balance to the body's energy flow.
Auditory Pathways: Sound healing works even without conscious listening, as the brain processes sound waves through auditory pathways.
Vibration and Resonance: Everything vibrates, and specific sound frequencies can resonate with the body, promoting healing.
Cellular Resonance: Cells have unique frequencies; matching external frequencies can stimulate healing and proper functioning.
Stress Reduction: Certain frequencies activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
Pain Relief: Specific frequencies may alleviate pain by influencing brain pathways.
Improved Circulation: Sound vibrations can stimulate blood flow and lymphatic circulation, aiding in detoxification and nutrient delivery.

POST SESSION CARE
Most people who receive Biofield Tuning sessions report feeling lighter, clearer, more relaxed, and self-aware.
Each person will experience a Biofield Tuning treatment differently.
Water, water, water:
Hydrotherapy, in and out, is optimum after a sound therapy session.
Drinking plenty of water and herbal teas after a session is recommended
Soaking in a mineral or Epsom salt bath for 20 minutes minimum supports the body in detoxifying or releasing any physical components from the blockages released from the energy field. If you cannot take a bath, you can rub Epsom salt on your skin in the shower, or take a foot bath with Epsom salt.
It is also beneficial to be well hydrated before a session due to the sound-conductive properties of water.
Grounding:
If the climate permits, walk barefoot outside in the grass or on soil after your session. Connecting the bare feet to the earth will help to ground your energy, drawing excess energy down and out of the body, and drawing the earth’s negatively charged ions up into the body. This helps create a state of electromagnetic equilibrium in the system that can potentially relieve a wide variety of discomforts.
